Question?

Hey everyone out there... I'm not sure how often people read this, but I was wondering if anyone had a food dehydrator I could borrow for the day. I got some peaches in Utah this weekend, and wanted to make some fruit leather.

If you live in Las Vegas go vote for Brinley! Sears asked us to put her summer picture in a baby photo contest. People can go into the Sears in Henderson and vote for the best summer picture in July...if Brinley wins we get free pictures!

Brinley is 3 months

Josh and Rachael Leavitt are doing well. They are enjoying the summer before Josh starts Dental School and Rachael starts her Masters this Fall. Brinley is three months old now. She has recovered successfully from her Kidney removal surgery. Rachael and Josh are now working on fattening her up and teaching her to roll. Brinley was blessing in church on Joan's birthday and after Jeanie's' baptism. It was a busy fun filled weekend.

4th of July Celebration

I wanted to let all of you locals know that the City of North Las Vegas is putting in their annual Independence Day Jubilee at the park across the street from our house Thursday night (July 2nd). There is live entertainment, food vendors, and children's activities at the park and then a huge fireworks show when it gets dark. We are going to have a BBQ at our house at 5:00, then wander over around the park, then come back to our house to watch the fireworks show. You are more than welcome to come if you like whenever you like. If you come early enough to BBQ, just bring your own meat and a side or dessert to share. Also, we will actually be in my aunt's ajoining yard, so just come through the side gate of either my house or hers. We hope to see you there!
